What are the benefits to the IMG Annual Maintenance Agreement?
In addition to software updates and software upgrades, the Software Maintenance Agreement entitles the customer points-of-contact to unlimited email, phone, and technical support through the Customer Service Help Desk.

What is not included in the Maintenance Agreement.
Payment of maintenance fees, whether ongoing or back support, does not entitle the user to received new product platform modules or third party products re-marketed by IMG as optional add-ins, nor to any current or future version of software marketed and sold under a trade name other than that of the product purchased by the user. These items may still be purchased separately.
What are the terms of the Maintenance Agreement?
IMG Software users have the option of renewing the Annual Software Maintenance Agreement at the end of the Warranty period and each year thereafter. The user must renew the annual Software Maintenance Agreement each year in order to receive software updates, software upgrades, enduser and programming support, product discounts, and access to new platform support.
Renewal of Maintenance Agreement.
Unless any provision of the Agreement is changed prior to renewal, the Agreement will automatically renew, unless terminated in writing within 30 days after annual renewal term and payment will be due within 30 days of invoice. A renewal notice for fees to renew this Agreement is provided to the user no later than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term. Notice will be in the form of an Invoice for renewal fees, sent to the user (or designee) no later than thirty (30) days prior to expiration. Unless otherwise agreed to by both Parties, if a company does not renew their participation, but later decides to do so, they must repay for the skipped years in order to return and receive the full benefits.
Payment of Maintenance Fee's
20% for a single year or 15% per year with a minimum 3 year commitment, based on the License Value of the purchased Software. Due annually Net 30 from Invoice date.
